The unit is furnished with a two queen sized beds, TV, small table and chairs, a dresser for storage, night stand, accent chairs, a private bathroom with a luxurious tiled walk-in shower and an updated vanity, as well as a private balcony. The kitchenette features a small counter top with a coffee maker, overhead microwave, and a refrigerator! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area. Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. (please note that the mini waterpark across street and movie theater are not available to our guests) We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location.
