The second bedroom provides a cozy full-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and convenient storage, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with twin bunk beds and built-in cubbies that keep everything organized and fun. A second bathroom just down the hall offers a standing shower, vanity, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The open living area invites you to relax with two comfortable sofas, a ceiling fan, and a large wall-mounted TV. Step directly from the living room to your private patio space to enjoy the ocean breeze or settle in for a peaceful evening. Just beyond the living room, the dining area features a charming bench-style table that seats four, perfect for shared meals or game nights. The adjoining kitchen is thoughtfully designed with bar seating for two and full-size appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Our guests will have access to many amenities within the Ocean Lakes community! * 4 ACRE WATER PARK - Open seasonally and FREE for all guests - every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with weekend openings Easter weekend, May and September * Indoor pool - Open ALL YEAR ROUND * 22,000 sq ft of recreation area * Olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, splash zones for the children with mounted squirt guns, and fountains for the children, water slides, lazy river to relax * Basketball court * Shuffleboard * 2 Playgrounds * Golf cart parades in the evenings * Daily scheduled activities for all ages in the rec hall (crafts, bingo, arts, and ceramics) * Miniature golf * Grocery store with a gift shop * Stage for karaoke, fire pit and much more * Laundromat (but you won't need it at this house - washer and dryer are included!) * Several snack bars and pizza delivery Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced. You must be on a list and have a pass to even enter the campground. This is a great thing! The strict entry rules combined with the numerous security personnel will make you feel SAFE at Ocean Lakes Campground. * Parking permits, obtained at the park Office, allow you authorized entrance and access to amenities to the park during your stay. Please note that this property requires guests to be 21 years of age or older to book. The reservation holder must meet this age requirement for the booking to remain valid. Guests under 21 risk fines and possible eviction. For your security and peace of mind, there is a single outdoor camera located on the deck, monitoring the driveway and steps.
