The living room now features a custom-designed media wall and an eye-catching bar feature that’s both stylish and functional. We even added a classic arcade game to keep the fun going when the weather’s not cooperating! Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully upgraded, one with a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower and the other with a resurfaced tub surrounded by elegant new tile. Each bathroom also features new sinks, faucets, repainted vanities, and sparkling granite countertops. The kitchen has been equally refreshed with new granite countertops and a stylish, custom backsplash, giving the space a clean, modern look. No detail was overlooked, the owner truly spared no expense in creating a retreat that’s both stunning and comfortable. This penthouse sits on the 12th floor and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
