Sea Colony is a premier oceanfront resort and residential community in Bethany Beach, Delaware, offering a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 12 swimming pools (including indoor facilities), world-class tennis and pickleball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Spread across oceanfront high-rises and inland townhomes, it caters to families. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in. The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
