Swann Cove spacious house with community pool

The house is much larger and spacious than we expected, so it was a pleasant surprise when first arriving. We had issues finding the pool access key as it was listed in the instructions as being hung up on a hook by the door, but that didnt exist. The key was in a kitchen drawer that we found 3 days later. That should be updated for future guests. The house needs a true deep cleaning. It was a bit disappointing to see all the dirt when the house would have been so perfect had it been clean. The trash in the master was leftover from the last guests, we had an extra roll of toilet paper in the house that had traces of BLOOD on the outside. My daughter's bed had black hairs all over the sheets. I didnt feel comfortable with her sleeping there, so we had to rearrange our sleeping plans to avoid the dirtiness. I would love to make this our regular rental option when visiting annually, but only if there is a change in the cleanliness.

The home had more than enough space for our family of 5! The beds and furniture were very comfortable/cozy. We loved the master bath/shower/tub; we also loved the enclosed patio area for quiet time in the morning and evening to hang out or read. We also had 3 additional people stay with us to start the week and we had more than enough room and beds. There is one clarifying point - on Vacasa's site it shows an incorrect bed count. I believe they count the pull out couch as a queen, but it is not within one of the bedrooms; it is in the loft/landing area upstairs (which is very spacious by the way and great for kids). It is a beautiful home in a very quiet family-oriented neighborhood; it is close to groceries, restaurants, and only about 5 minute drive to Fenwick and Ocean City. You can ride your bike to the grocery store and this house was half a block from the community pool. The pool is on the smaller side and you can't jump/dive into it, but it was perfect for hot days with the kids where we didn't want to trek to the beach. very conveniently located home that is beautifully updated. We would definitely consider staying here again!
