The kitchen itself is well-equipped with white shaker cabinetry, granite counters, a mosaic tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and French door refrigerator, and a deep double sink with island prep space. A gas fireplace adds ambiance on cooler evenings.

No commercial vehicles or overnight street parking are permitted within the community at any time. Any fines issued by the HOA will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
