Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival. This rental has an adjoining wall that leads to a guest house, please note it may be occupied during your stay. Peace of Mind: For uninterrupted comfort, the home features a permanently installed standby generator with an automatic transfer switch, ensuring all amenities, including the hot tub and fireplaces, remain operational during any local power outages. Connectivity: High-speed internet is provided. However, to fully embrace the tranquility of the headlands, please note that the rugged coastline can occasionally cause cell service and Wi-Fi to be spotty. The Reserve: To preserve the delicate ecosystem of the State Natural Reserve and ensure your safety, we kindly ask that guests enjoy the views from within the gated yard and manicured lawn areas (the property line ends where the grass is cut).
