Ledgewood9A features two bedrooms upstairs, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials. The living area opens onto a private patio with a table, seating for six, and a BBQ grill—ideal for outdoor meals and enjoying the fresh Maine air.

Please note: the stairs to the second-floor bedrooms are steep with narrow treads, and the bedrooms have limited space around the beds. Suitcases cannot be opened on the floor next to the beds.

Each bedroom is outfitted with portable fans, and a window A/C unit is located at the top of the stairs for warm summer days. The home also features a dedicated workspace with fast private Wi-Fi. The TV includes cable (not smart), and outdoor furniture is available seasonally from May through October. Free driveway parking is provided.
