*We did not stay in cabin 99 due to numerous issues* Property manager Tyler, and Point Lookout staff/owner were very prompt and helpful when the issues with the cabin were brought to their attention.

Our extended family rented 4 cabins close together and we had a great time. The cabins are simple but very nice and clean. Cooking utensils and equipment is pretty sparce.

Nice place to stay with kids and explore Maine. 1.5 hrs from Acadia.

The large kitchen table and plenty of cupboard space was nice, not much there for condiments, so bring your own. There is a lobster pot, which we utilized, The shower heads and water pressure are wonderful, the toilets are quite low so if disabled or bad knees, not the best situation. Looked like a new dishes set which were very nice. The TV is not large but worked well and streaming worked fine. It's a beautiful rustic cabin the small fireplace is comforting and warming although we couldn't find a blower on it. The fridge was large and worked well, no ice maker or ice cube trays there though. Nice coffee pot with filters provided.

I am very icky when it comes to public toilets/bathrooms. You can imagine my disgust upon seeing brown stains in both of the toilets in the cabin. Other than that, cabin was great, wifi was fast so I was able to work. For a place that charged half for stay and the other half as a service fee, I think it wouldve been better.

We loved our stay at Bobcat Cabin! The cabin was immaculate and has everything you need for a getaway to mid-coast Maine. The beds are extremely comfortable and you have your own temperature zone control with heat and AC. Not to mention the gas fireplace which will put out a ton of heat. Bathrooms are adequate but nothing fancy which is ok as they do provide all the necessary things including bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Full kitchen so you can cook your own meals and the utensils and cookware is adequate. Limited dishes and no dishwasher though so might be smart to bring paper plates and bowls. Trash bags are recommended as well as there were only a few left that you could use. Also, the grill was in pretty rough shape so bring a portable one if you plan on grilling. The property is amazing and we took advantage of the fire pit every night. They do give you wood but its limited and they do sell wood at the registration center. We bought some wood on the way as you can find multiple places on the drive up that sell on the side of the road. The amenities are amazing with a full soccer field, basketball Court, volleyball and a full indoor gym. The hiking trails are plentiful and have short and long hikes and the trails are well marked. This cabin is right across from one of the trailheads which makes it very easy to access. Overall this place is amazing and I highly recommend if you want a place to get away with amazing amenities and close to local attractions and restaurants.
