Rating
I traveled from RI with my boyfriend and our two small chihuahua’s. We absolutely loved it here. It was soo cozy. The cabin was clean and tucked into the trees. It was super quiet all weekend. The fireplace kept the cabin warm, the kitchen was stocked with utensils and things to make real food with. Local grocery shops/towns are a short 15 mins north and south. It was a great experience. We will definitely be back!
This is a beautiful setting on the coast of Maine. Fairly well maintained. It is away from road noise and crowds. Lots of walking trails. Very quiet. Enjoyable.
It’s so quiet and peaceful there
Once again, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!!
Booked for Thanksgiving retreat.
We have stayed at this location twice in the past and loved it. We noticed there must be new owners that really don't care about the property. The roads are not maintained (pot holes), the cabins exteriors show wear and lack of upkeep, the cafe and activity area is closed, you cannot go up to the point to overlook Camden and the bay (closed/gated off). These are the reasons I am giving my rating. Candidly, my heart was broken as I was looking at a wonderful place historically that is slowly dying.
