Guests especially loved the spectacular waterfront setting, stunning bay and harbor views, sunsets, and the chance to watch boats and marina activity from the deck and balcony. The balcony, large windows, washer and dryer, and convenient on-site restaurant experience were also frequently enjoyed.

Situated on the second floor of a waterfront building on the east side of the harbor, this condo is just half a mile south of the footbridge into downtown. You'll find everything within walking distance – the Boothbay Lobster Wharf, delightful restaurants, charming shops, kayak rentals, sailing and whale-watching charters, and the quaint beach at Barrett Park. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and the Maine State Aquarium are also within a four-mile radius.

This place is beautiful. Great scenery love being right on the water. Food at the whales tail in fantastic along with friendly wait staff. Would definately come back and spend more time here.

Property was new, well appointed and nicely decorated with a fabulous balcony view of harbor and sunset. Only complaint was shower floor was very slippery, needs a matt. Although condo was not air conditioned, it was mid-September when we were there so there was no need for it. I saw box fans in many rooms. Very good restaurant directly below the -try the chowder and oysters Rockfeller!!!

The condo was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic location just a 10-15 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, galleries and kayak rentals downtown. And the view absolutely cannot be beat. It was spectacular.

We stayed with 13 people between 2 rentals above the Whales Tale restaurant.The rooms were large enough to accommodate us, the view of the marina was spectacular! The restaurant, I can’t say enough how accommodating they were for us, the food was fantastic! I highly recommend coming to Booth Bay and staying there! 5 Stars all around

This is a wonderful rental all around…the views, location and cleanliness of the condo were top grade. Balcony dining looking over the bay, less than a mile walk to the footbridge which enters into downtown and the Whale’s Tale restaurant right next store for an early afternoon drink! We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had more time.
