Please note that the property does not currently provide beach or water access, as the shoreline stairs were washed away during a hurricane.There is also no air conditioning in the home.

We had a wonderful time at 40 Seaview Dr. It was extremely relaxing and restful. We loved the view and the cottage amenities were great! It’s a perfect location to travel a little south for great restaurants and a little north for great restaurants! We loved it.

We loved watching vessels go by down by the water and up on the deck. Having 3 levels to spread out on was fun for our family. Star gazing was stellar. Don't miss Dot's market in Lincolnville!

View from front room is amazing . Very cute place. Great big screen TV in lower level - no bathroom on that floor but wonderful TV. Main floor view is amazing!

We shared the house with a couple who are our best friends, and we all loved it, particularly being right on Penobscot Bay with easy access to Camden, Rockport, and Rockland. We found terrific restaurants— lots of lobster— and enjoyed the home’s privacy as well as nearby hiking and sailing. Maybe a longer stay next time!
