Pemaquid Place

House continues to improve every year; we very much appreciated the kitchen door's new screen and the track lighting in the family room. I think they may have also replaced some of the mattresses. Clean and spacious, with a lot of natural light there is room for gathering and spending time alone, and the back porch and water views are lovely. Layout: it is very helpful to have a full bedroom on the first floor and the bathroom across the hall. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and rooms are well-lit. The heat/AC was a little confusing; it seems as though two units control the temperature for the floors, yet it seems like maybe not?

Home was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Our shy golden retreiver liked it too. The neighborhood is lovely with ocean views from several rooms. Ocean breezes kept the house very comfortable -- in early June we did not need to use the airconditioning. Once the the very best home rentals we have been fortunate to enjoy.

The Home and area it is in is Peaceful and Authentically Maine. It was welcoming and comfortable and clean. I would go there again. I am from Maine and feel it was perfect

This property is a gem. So comfortable and clean. The most comfortable mattresses and couch! Perfect for 2 families. Very well appointed with all of our needs met. We would absolutely book this home again when we return to the area.

We stayed with our aging Labrador retriever. The home was very clean and a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck and living room . The furniture and beds were comfortable and the home was decorated beautifully. There was a small beach a short walk from the home. I would recommend this for anyone.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Close to lighthouse. Plenty of space to relax!
