For someone who loves the characteristics of old homes, this house has it all! The remodeled kitchen was a perfect place for everyone to gather in the mornings and evenings. The porch was my favorite coffee spot. We had everything we needed while staying at this house. Location was perfect for the day trips we had planned.
What a beautiful historic Victorian home! The updated kitchen and bathrooms were fantastic. The interior of the home was very clean. The kitchen amenities were plentiful and provided everything we needed for our stay. The sleeping, eating and parking space was adequate for the size of the group we had. While the interior of the home was beautiful, we couldn’t help but notice how much the exterior of the house needed attention. Peeling paint, mildew on the siding, rotted wood on the front porch, gutters full of tree debris and overflowing when it rained, shrubs needing pruned and trimmed away from the house to name a few.
We had plenty of room for our group of 12, which included 6 kids. Also, the kitchen & bathrooms were great!
The home is beautiful and really has room for everyone. The location is also ideal for wandering around the midcoast, which means we actually didn't spend as much time enjoying the house itself!
