The ownership clearly showed a lack of interest in keeping their property clean and safe. The doorknob to entry was broken, their code didn’t work, their dock was broken, front left leg was broken off it. The ladder to the deck was also broken off and lying in the water below with large nails dangerously sticking up so that someone could easily by impailed by them. I personally had to temporarily fix the leg and the ladder, they also left trash can under sink half full of trash and broken chairs stacked up outside the garage.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. All the fixtures and furnishings were new, and the view of the lake was so nice. There were even games and playing cards, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The location is easy access to the highway and grocery store - 30 minutes to Acadia National Park.
