Overview
At this beautiful home for all seasons on the banks of the Moose River, you can take out your snowmobile right from the property or spend summer days barbecuing, lounging on the lawn, and dangling your feet in the river's cool waters.
This riverfront home is ideally situated between Moosehead Lake and Brassua Lake on the Moose River that connects them. The rustic, log-cabin exterior conceals a truly unique interior - one that's full of exposed beams, lofty ceilings, and richly hued natural wood. To one side of the great room is a living area with ample seating, a flatscreen TV, and a glass door that connects to the screened-in porch. To the other side is a dining room table for eight, where you can share meals overlooking the river, and a kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar, a stainless steel refrigerator, and an adjacent utility room that houses the washer/dryer.
But it's the great outdoors that beckon here. There's a small floating dock on the river for swimming and kayaking, a gas grill and outdoor seating on the lawn, a hammock tied to the trees for afternoon naps, and two bikes to take out around the neighborhood. At the end of the day, you can roast marshmallows around the firepit, finish a puzzle upstairs in the loft, or head downstairs for a game of bumper pool.

Great location! Very relaxing and has everything you need for a two family vacation.
The house is as located in an ideal location. It was clean and stocked with everything you would need. There are lots of area rugs that were a trip hazard for my aging mother. The screened porch was a bonus. It was nice to hear the river.
Loved everything about this cozy cabin! Well stocked, clean and easy to find! Will definitely be back in the future!
Loved viewing the deer from the front porch and listening to the river. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen.
Super-clean, well-stocked kitchen, and nice quiet area. I'm not wild about carpet but this was nice to come home to at night. I loved the upstairs loft area—for reading and games on rainy days. It made me wish we were there longer so we can fully utilize and enjoy it. The garage access was helpful...and while we didn't get to use the firepit, it's a great touch. One note: bring water shoes. We had some lovely days paddleboarding from the dock, but the water was somewhat low. We had to walk the boards out to the deeper water, and the rocks provided tricky and slippery for bare feet.
