Ocean Point Colony II is described as a beautiful, peaceful oceanside retreat that feels private, serene, and especially well suited for a relaxing coastal escape. Guests found the cottage comfortable, cozy, well designed, and functional, with a layout that worked well for a couple and a property that was well kept and outfitted with essentials. Cleanliness stood out, with guests noting that the home was spotless, clean, and in perfect order. The setting offers convenient access to Boothbay while still feeling tucked away and quiet. Guests consistently praised the gorgeous, unobstructed water views, sunsets, and abundant wildlife visible from the deck and dock, including seals and seabirds. The dock was a standout feature for fishing, boating, swimming, and simply enjoying the bay, and guests also appreciated the yard, deck, and dog-friendly experience.

Under 10 minutes from east Boothbay for easy accessibility to shops and restaurants.

The well-equipped kitchen offers all the necessary appliances and gadgets to create delicious meals.

This two-story cottage sleeps three guests.

The upstairs bedroom features a plush queen bed, armchair, and incredible bay views and there is a twin murphy bed in the common area of the home. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy morning coffee and the fresh sea breeze on the screened porch. Make use of the gas grill and host a cookout.

An expansive, grassy yard offers a sundeck with seating for two, while a walkway leads you to the waterfront dock.

Although this cottage is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Maine’s mild summer weather.

If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent cottage for additional space (located across the yard).

Please note the yard and dock are shared with the next-door cottage.
