This was our 4th year visiting boothbay and our 3rd year coming to this home. The location is perfect; very close to the foot bridge and a beautiful view on the water. There is plenty of space for everyone and the kids have a blast every year and always look forward to it. Thanks again and we hope to stay again, next year!

The home was delightful. Small inconvenience to have to access the lower level bedroom from outside. The third level bedroom stays exceptionally cool during winter, but the view is outstanding.

Spacious home with beautiful waterfront views. Short walking distance to Footbridge and downtown area. Town was beautifully decorated for the holiday and enjoyed seeing Gardens Aglow at the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space for our family of eight.

We loved this home! It was perfect for our needs as a family and everything was in walking distance, which was wonderful. We were able to watch the boat parade and fireworks from the windows and get the kids straight to bed after! I did not realize the king bed was in the basement and the code did not seem to work to access this, but perhaps we will check that out next time. Heat in the attic was tricky at first, but the heater fan in the bathroom helped a lot, as did the extra blankets in the closet. A couple years ago we stayed in a home across the street, but we loved this space much more and look forward to hopefully staying there for years to come!

Felt like we were part of the community in this charming old house with great local history! Amazing view of the bay and right on the water with private dock. Walk to town or lobster wharf for fun. Bedrooms are comfy and cozy and house has everything you need to relax and cook at home or just have happy hour with a view. We would definitely go back!
