Rating
Great place just as described basically the back part of the property but very roomy of the time period which is very cool and walkable to everything in Wiscasset
Historic home in village of Wiscasset. Some old house things to be aware of: narrow stairs, bathroom on 2nd floor, some unevenness to the floors. We appreciated responsiveness of staff.
Nice location to get to beautiful beaches, parks and walkable to a few great food spots! Not too far for a Portland day trip:)
The home was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood although it abutted the main street. Two of the bedrooms were huge and all beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large and clean. It could have been better-stocked with essentials. Great shower with lots of hot water. A relaxing atmosphere that transported you to another century. I would recommend this home if you want to enjoy Wicasset or nearby Boothbay Harbor. Great historic home.
I had read reviews that it was a loud street and did not experience that at all
I was very roomy.
