Overview

Enjoy elevated water views of the open ocean, Linekin Bay, and two lighthouses from this classic Ocean Point cottage. The ocean views cannot be beat as you enjoy them straight from the large, open living area. The wood-burning fireplace will keep you warm on those cooler nights, and you'll still be able to hear the sound of the crashing waves while you play board games or read one of the provided books.

There is also a full kitchen for easy meal preparation, a furnished patio with a gas grill, and plenty of space for dining and relaxing indoors and outdoors. Located right on the water, you may never want to leave this home's gorgeous vistas, but if you venture out, you'll find the Ocean Point Preserve just a half-mile away. The town center is less than four miles away, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

We had an incredible stay at Spruce Point in Ocean Point. The house exceeded our expectations in every way—it was beautifully maintained, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. The surrounding area was just as impressive. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and we never got tired of taking them in. Despite feeling peaceful and tucked away, it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to explore. We did have an issue with the stove during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding. They responded immediately and had the stove completely replaced within a day, which was incredibly impressive. Their quick communication and exceptional customer service made an already wonderful stay even better. If you're looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with stunning scenery, a fantastic location, and responsive management, this is the perfect place. We can't wait to come back!

Place was nice a clean. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Nice ocean views. But no waterfront Beach to relax on. Especially with 2 young grand sons. Place to use new windows. Sum were hard to shut completely. due to that u couldn't lock them. Overall. It was good time. All of my family had a good time. Good memories.

Right next to the bay. Beautiful setting. Accommodations per perfect for our group of 6. The sunrises and sunsets we amazing, and we were even pleasantly surprised with a stunning superman during our stay

This was a very lovely place with bedrooms for three couples and three bathrooms. The views of the ocean were spectacular!!! We would return in a minute.

Because I want to rent it forever!!!! We had the absolute best time here with my family! The house was comfortable and cozy, but spacious at the same time. There were places for everyone to hang out comfortably and play games and be together. The outdoor space was perfect as well. Almost anywhere you are in this house, you can see water. It’s gorgeous. The house is also VERY well-equipped. Towels for days! Washer and dryer to do laundry if needed. The kitchen has absolutely every utensil and dish you could need to cook anything you want. I’ve already booked it again for next year. I didn’t want to miss out on the week we wanted! Thank you so much for renting out such a wonderful, comfortable house! This may be our annual spot now!
