The landscaping, surrounding trees and pond across the street are so calming and beautiful. Inside the cabin the furnishing and interior design are well thought out. The kitchen was well-equipped. And the bed was comfortable even for my husband who has a bad back! I was left wishing we could stay there longer

Perfect spot for a solo getaway trip to hike in Acadia, paddle on the pond down the street, and explore the island. Very quiet, with a few entertaining visits from local wildlife around the feeder outside. Everything was perfect.
