Built in 2004, this bayfront home is modern, spacious, comfortable, and tucked neatly into the island's mature woodlands. You and your family will be treated to two complete levels of living space, two full kitchens to make cooking with your loved ones a breeze, and wonderful access to Southwest Harbor, Bar Harbor, and the incredible landscapes of Acadia National Park. A community tennis court is perfect for outdoor recreation.

Beachcombers and kayakers will appreciate being able to walk just a few steps to the shores of idyllic Sawyer's Cove. Should you choose to leave the property (and you may not), the bustling villages of Southwest Harbor (seven miles) and Bar Harbor (14 miles) are only minutes away by car, and you'll find the Seal Cove portion of Acadia just down the road. When you're not strolling the Ocean Path or cycling on carriage roads in the park, you can enjoy the very quiet cove watching shorebirds and beautiful sunsets. Please respect the families in homes nearby, and remember that sound travels clearly over water.

The house of spacious and bright. The back of the house faces the water, and has a beautiful view of the water with awesome sunsets. It could afford to have some of the brush and trees cleared, to make it even better. I got a tick while I was there the first day, because I walked to the outdoor sitting area to see the view. The downside, is the front door is difficult to lock and unlock, the placement and size of the TV in the upstairs living is not ideal, and the furniture in the lower level living room needs to be replaced. In the reviews, many people complained about nonexistent internet. We had no issues while we were there. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet, remote location but only 20-30 min from Acadia. Large family space and big bedrooms. Beautiful deck with views of the water. We were a group of 6 but easily could accommodate 8. Large kitchen with lots of dishes, cooking supplies. Book this place! You won’t regret it! 100% recommend!

Spacious home with beautiful view of lake, sunsets and stars at night. Bring all the food you need cause hannaford grocery is about 30 minutes away in bar harbor. No pizza delivery either but can order and pick up about 20 minutes away. We found the king and queen beds to be comfortable but not the twins. So nice to have 3 full baths! We had new iPhones on different networks and mostly had 1 bar. WiFi is spotty for sure. With only 1 tv, that’s on the small side, families might find it a challenge if tv is important.
