The immaculate kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island. The primary suite has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. • The loft in The Cottage is accessed via a steep ladder, does not have a railing, and has limited headroom. The loft in The Cabin also requires stairs to access.
• You cannot dock boats at the private dock.
• The indoor wood-burning stove in The Cottage is inoperable.
• While The Cabin has air-conditioning, The Cottage does not.
• Due to the property's steep access road, all-wheel drive is suggested year-round and may be required in winter months.
• All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
