With only a gently sloping lawn separating you from the gentle waters of Moosehead Lake, you can treat yourself to a swim whenever you like. The dock and boat launch are ideal for fishing and boating, too! Afterwards, lounge on the deck, or warm up inside thanks to the wood stove. The satellite TV will keep you entertained until dinnertime, when you can use the fully equipped kitchen to whip up something tasty.

We just love this place! Been coming here since 2013. Have stayed at three other locations but this is our favorite by far. Has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It really is Perfect as a Picture!!

There was nothing lacking at Perfect as a Picture! Dog friendly, on the lake, quiet road and the cabin had everything we needed, including washer and dryer which was critical for a 2 week stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, more than enough room and things to do, grill and fire pit and direct access to the water, we couldn't ask for more! Also within quick driving distance to a store and two bigger towns. We have been coming to Moosehead for about 25 years and this was certainly one of our favorite locations!

This was our 10th year staying here and we just absolutely love it. Always very clean upon arrival. Perfect location, very private, great for swimming and it has all the amenities you need. I love the quality time we get to spend together playing board games, kayaking, paddle boarding, hanging around the fire pit, fishing etc.. It always feels like home when we pull in the driveway. Unfortunately we were too late booking for next summer but hope to be back again the following year!!
