It's also less than one mile across the footbridge from downtown Boothbay Harbor and one mile from the wetlands, forests, and walking trails of Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve and walking distance to downtown Boothbay harbor.

Built in 1909, this home offers plenty of space and historic charm for large family gatherings, yet it also features WiFi and a new roof, porch, and electrical system to keep your guests comfortable and entertained.

The interior living space is full of quintessential Maine details, from the wood-paneled walls and ceilings to the natural support beams and banisters.
