Harbor House B

This home is in a great location, exactly 1/2 mile from town center, restaurants, grocery and shopping. Easy to walk everywhere. The home is very comfortable and clean. Note that the kitchen is clean, but very small and does not have a dishwasher. Not a problem for me, but might be if you expect to prepare family meals, etc. The management was awesome and took care of any problems we had, which were 1. figuring out the door keypad 2. getting an a/c unit for the guest bedroom 3. replacing a beeping smoke detector on the weekend! Minor issues, but they took care of everything. We would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and comfortable to spend time inside. Nearby park and beach was a gem for our toddler. Walkable location, we didn’t have to use the car at all.

Situated across from Laite Beach and close to downtown, the unit was in a great location.

This house is across from Laite Beach so it makes it easy to get to the water. It is also super close to town so you can explore the quaint shops and various seafood restaurants. The house is fine but could use some small upgrades to make our vacation week even better: main bathroom is huge but needs a towel rack near the shower and a better vanity. There is no where to place any toiletries. The shower drain is painfully slow and the tub fills with water when you shower. The kitchen is really a nook (tiny!); all utensils and kitchen appliances are old and could use an upgrade. I find it hard to cook in the house because of the space and utensils/appliances. The rooms are all decent sized and the beds are comfortable. All in all a comfortable space in a great location.
