In the sparkling summer months, there's a deck, a gas grill, and a firepit to enjoy outdoors with views of the surrounding trees. At night, there are two cozy sleeping lofts, each accessible with its own staircase on either side of the living space, with the full bathroom on the ground floor.

Downtown Greenville - where you'll find a number of shops and eateries - is four miles south, with Lily Bay State Park six miles in the other direction. The house is also a short distance from hiking, ATV, and snowmobiling trails, and 12 miles east of Big Squaw Mountain Ski Area.
