An authentic Alexander, the main home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a fourth bedroom in the private casita with an en-suite bathroom — plenty of room for friends and family to spread out, relax, and create unforgettable memories. Inside, you'll discover a curated collection of art and design: including art from Shag, Witco, Bosco, and other mid-century style artists.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Step outside to your own desert playground, where the pool and spa invite you to soak up the sunshine or stargaze at night. Lounge on shaded chaises with an ice-cold drink, gather around the fire pit for evening conversation, or share alfresco meals for eight in the dining area. With multiple lounge zones, a bocce ball court, a ping pong table, and dramatic mountain views, the backyard is a sanctuary for connection and fun from sunrise to sunset.

Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS Each bedroom has been thoughtfully styled for rest and comfort. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool yard—perfect for taking a morning swim. Two interior guest rooms (one with a king bed, the other with a queen) share a full bathroom located off the hallway. The detached casita is a quiet, private retreat with a queen bed, en-suite bath, and cozy living space—perfect for parents seeking privacy, families with napping little ones, older kids wanting their own hangout, or anyone working remotely who needs a peaceful space.
