The private pool and spa feature walk-in steps and an attached spa for easy relaxation. Lounge on the uncovered deck, take a dip to cool off, or stretch out in shaded seating areas. Evenings come alive with cozy gatherings around the fire pit, framed by the glow of the mountains at sunset. Guests can also enjoy alfresco dining, a BBQ grill for cookouts, and a game of cornhole to keep the fun going all day long.

Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES Inside, the open-concept layout creates seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room features plush seating, a smart TV, and a fireplace, making it the perfect spot for cozy evenings or movie nights. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a large island for meal prep and casual conversations. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS Each of the five bedrooms has been thoughtfully styled with hotel-quality mattresses, modern décor, and flat-screen TVs. The primary suite offers a king bed, en suite bathroom, and direct pool access. A second king suite also features an en suite bath and pool access, providing an equally luxurious retreat. Three additional guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share convenient access to a well-appointed hall bath. With two primary suites and spacious guest accommodations, this home provides both privacy and flexibility for families and groups.
