OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES While the inside of this luxury vacation home is gorgeous, the crowning glory is the sun-drenched, private pool yard with towering palm trees and fabulous mountain views. The in-ground pool and spa are surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges - providing that resort-style experience. There's also a fire pit lounge area, an outdoor bar, alfresco dining, and a BBQ grill - everything has been carefully space-planned for entertaining. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. SLEEPING QUARTERS All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom offers a King bed, an en suite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. The two guest rooms have Queen beds and share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway.

THE LOCATION Sunrise Park is centrally located in the City of Palm Springs. It's close to the airport (but not in the flight pattern) and less than a mile and a half from bustling Downtown. Restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, and grocery stores are all just a short drive away. Ruth Hardy Park, The Palm Springs Dog Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino, and the convention center are all also close by.
