OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Guests are sure to be wowed by our private backyard paradise. This spacious, freshly-landscaped yard with splashes of yellows and blues is the perfect place to unwind in the sun. Relax in one of the shaded sun loungers beside the large, glistening pool, or take a dip in the large, 7 seat hot tub. At dinnertime, grill up something tasty with our state-of-the-art BBQ grill. Then gather around the spacious outdoor dining table to enjoy a meal al fresco style. When the sun sets and the stars come out, there's nothing better than swapping stories around the luxe outdoor fire pit.

Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES Gorgeous in its simplicity, this property captures the hip and sophisticated Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear. It is retro chic and very 'next century' all at the same time. The focus here is on easy living in the sunshine - it's all about style, comfort and relaxation. This sprawling single family home has a free flowing floor plan that is perfect for spending time with your entire group. The living room, dining area and center island kitchen are all open to each other - with walls of french doors that reveal the fabulous pool yard. There is also an additional media lounge with a huge 70” flat screen TV, a large comfortable sectional sofa, a wet bar, wine fridge, a full bath and direct patio access. It's a great space - made for fun. ** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at our vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS The primary suite features a brand-new Sleep Number king mattress, a private ensuite bathroom with a bidet, and direct access to the pool—perfect for a relaxing retreat. The second guest room offers a king-size, hospitality-quality mattress, while the third guest room includes a queen-size bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and convenient backyard access. For added flexibility, the media lounge includes a sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guests, plus its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet.

THE LOCATION Sunrise Park is centrally located in the City of Palm Springs. It's close to the airport (but not in the flight pattern) and less than a mile and a half from bustling Downtown. While staying at Mid Mod Sunsation you will be a quick stroll from the Farmers Market, the Camelot Theater (the home of many of our film festivals and where all the arthouse and independent movies are shown.) Restaurants, fast food places, coffee spots, grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.
