SLEEPING QUARTERS Each of the bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite has a King bed, access to the backyard, a desk - perfect for remote working and learning - and an en suite bathroom which features a double sink, and a separate shower and soaking tub. The 3 Guest Rooms also feature King beds and share easy access to a guest bathroom in the hallway. There is also a powder room by the front door.

THE LOCATION Located on a quiet residential street in the lovely Los Compadres neighborhood - extremely close to the South Palm Springs Business District with its many restaurants, supper clubs, coffee houses, shops and galleries. You'll be just a few minutes to the casino, hiking trails and bustling downtown. Grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.
