Upon entering, you'll immediately take notice of the hardwood flooring, custom-made furnishings, and easy open-concept layout. The living room's large smart TV and ample seating lend themselves to peaceful reading sessions and snuggly movie viewings. Steps from here, the full kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and an in-kitchen dining area. As you explore the rest of the home, you will quickly discover equally comfortable bedrooms and a designated office space, great for remote workers. Even the little ones of your family will be accommodated with access to a Pack-N-Play, games, and a high chair. Perfect location if Franklin is your main hub. 3 minutes to The Factory, under 10 minutes to downtown Franklin, 10-15 minutes to Whole Foods, the mall, etc. Cozy, but well laid out and on a nice, quiet street. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Franklin. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close access to the Interstate. The home was very clean, comfortable beds and is close to downtown Franklin. When I return to Franklin, I would definitely stay her again.

This charming nicely decorated home is spacious and comfortable, through thoughtful decorating and placement. The beds, sheets, towels were very comfortable. My sister forgot her pillow & noticed the bedroom pillows were assorted, having options for firmer and fluffier-whether from thoughtful planning or just the way things aged out that was actually nice when I realized it. The bedroom on the upper floor, with the dormer windows, had a bonus type room or sitting room vibe with a computer monitor that also looked amazing for teens gaming fun. It was especially nice because there was a sliding door that closed it off from the bedroom itself. Ot was a heavier door which was nice to provide a sound barrier. In addition, the throw pillows and blankets were all clean, and smelled fresh. I have stayed in others where this was NOT the case and pretty awful. The property was landscaped nicely too. And, there is an empty lot across the street where tons of bunnies ran around. We slept with the windows open and the sounds of nature were very pleasant in this quiet community. Best ever stay in Franklin, TN!
