There's no door between the loft and the living area below, so think of it as an open suite — private in feel, but not fully enclosed. A third bedroom off the garage offers a private retreat for guests who'd rather not share -- no central heat, but a space heater is provided. There's no air conditioning -- the redwood canopy and the home's elevated design catch river breezes and keep the interior naturally cool, even on warm summer days. High-speed internet runs throughout the home. Dogs are welcome and must be leashed outdoors since the property isn't fenced. The surrounding roads are narrow and winding, typical of Russian River properties. Monte Rio observes quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, and outdoor amplified sound isn't permitted.
