A few things worth knowing before you arrive. The pool is solar heated from May through September to around 80–85°F, weather dependent. Outside that window, the pool is unheated and ranges from 50–70°F — the hot tub is available year-round for a warm soak. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per Sonoma County regulations. No amplified outdoor music at any time. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The home has air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi.
