Overview

Spend mornings on the private back patio with a pour-over and the Sonoma light, afternoons working through tasting flights in Russian River Valley or Dry Creek, and evenings around the dining table with a bottle from the day's barrel visits. Sugarloaf Ridge trails and Alexander Valley wineries are an easy drive when you want to roam further. Step through the front porch into a renovated 1950s ranch where original hardwood floors and built-in storage carry the mid-century bones, and big windows keep every room bright. Sink into the sofa around the 54-inch smart TV in the open living area, with the dining table seating six on plush chairs and a bench just steps away. Cook on the gas range in the open kitchen, with quartz counters and stainless appliances handling the prep while two more pull up to the breakfast bar. Linger over coffee in the breakfast nook tucked beside the windows — it's the quiet corner of the house in the morning. OUTDOOR LIVING Slide out to the back patio, where a wooden fence and mature shade trees keep things completely private. Cushy outdoor seating fits six for an afternoon glass of Sonoma red, with the corner-lot setting keeping the neighborhood hush intact. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Two bedrooms sleep 4: - Bedroom 1: King bed, original built-in cabinets, two closets, backyard views, en-suite tiled tub/shower - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, full closet, privacy blinds; guest bath with tiled walk-in shower down the hall PROPERTY AMENITIES - Central air conditioning - Full kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, microwave - Washer and dryer in-unit - Private fenced patio with shade trees - Parking for 2: garage plus driveway/on-site space

Slide open the doors to a private backyard oasis of multiple seating zones, then move between two separate living areas indoors as you settle in. You've got the whole home, with an enclosed yard for privacy and easy access to the wineries minutes away. Punch in the keypad code at the door; pull up to two cars into the driveway (no street parking).

You've landed in a peaceful residential pocket of Santa Rosa where locals actually live, just minutes from everything that makes wine country special. Stroll 3 minutes to Willi's Wine Bar for small plates and local wines, or grab groceries at Pacific Market just 2 blocks away. When hunger strikes, Sandy's Take & Bake Pizza and CUPPA coffee are both within a 3-minute walk. The heart of downtown Santa Rosa lies less than 2 miles away, where you'll find the famous Russian River Brewing Company, the Charles M. Schulz Museum, and dozens of restaurants around Courthouse Square. Four world-class wine regions encircle you — Russian River Valley's Pinot Noirs 15 minutes west, Dry Creek Valley's Zinfandels 25 minutes north, Alexander Valley's Cabernets 30 minutes north, and Sonoma Valley 20 minutes south. For outdoor adventures, Spring Lake Regional Park offers 10 miles of trails and a seasonal swimming lagoon just minutes away.

Santa Rosa is about 55 minutes from San Francisco via US-101 North — an easy freeway drive into the heart of Sonoma County. Park easily in your private 2-car driveway — street parking isn't allowed. Santa Rosa is a natural hub for exploring Sonoma County — most of the region is within a 30-minute drive.

• The home stays comfortably cool thanks to central air conditioning throughout — a real luxury in wine country. • A BBQ grill on the private patio handles dinner al fresco under the shade trees. • The Smart Lock means no keys to juggle when your hands are full of farmers market finds. • The renovated interior shines with modern updates while preserving charming 1950s details like the original hardwood floors and built-in storage. • The primary renter must be 21 or older. • Pro tip: the breakfast nook gets gorgeous morning light — perfect for planning the day's wine country adventures over coffee. • Please note: two Ring security cameras are installed at the exterior of the property (front door and backyard gate). • Quiet hours 9pm–8am; no outdoor amplified sound. • STR Permit SVR21-051.

We enjoyed a week staying in Jewell Dreams. It is a perfect space for 2 couples. It has a beautiful back yard in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a Pacific Market. The kitchen is well-equipped and the whole house was exceptionally clean.

I stayed in the Jewell house for 3 months. It was absolutely perfect in every way.

This is my 4th stay at Jewell dreams. That should say enough. Spacious, great kitchen, comfy beds, lovely back yard, clean and peaceful. I would live here.

This is a terrific house in a quiet neighborhood. We came to attend the 3C2CA Swim Championship at SRJC and the house was perfect. Equipped with everything we needed plus! I baked cookies for the team and did not need to bring nearly half of what I did bcz the house had everything! Great gem in SR!

This small home in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a girls wine trip. We especially enjoyed the living, dining and kitchen areas. Even though the home was built in the 50's upgrades were made to make the home comfortable while still retaining it's charm. Large floor to ceiling windows allowed plenty of light to enter. Lots of greenery and flowers were visible from all the common areas. There was also a nice patio set in the backyard. Wonderful gourmet grocery store was minutes away . Walking the neighborhood quiet pleasant. There was a small issue with kitchen faucet water pressure and I wish that more bath towels were provided as well. Otherwise my group loved our stay here.
