The title says it all. We teleworked and the house was well suited to that with WiFi and about an 8 minute drive to the beach. So, I could do my meetings and get to the beach between meetings. The community amnesties were nice though the kids did complain the pool wasn’t deep enough to swim in. It is ideal for soaking and for kids. The $45 per person per week charge to use the pool and exercise facility is a bit much though the facilities are nice. All in all, we would unhesitatingly stay here again.

Very basic property which lacks many standard amenities such as hangars, garbage bags, outdoor garbage bins, soap trays and kitchenware. Additionally, while a newish home, is already breaking down in ways which impact use as rental. Example - the garage door was broken at the time of my stay. We were unable to access the garage for storing of beach gear or bicycles. Also, there was no place for garbage (no recycling or garbage cans in the garage). As a result there are all manners of insects in the house - fruit flies, flies, crickets, ants and more. Finally, it’s showing signs of wear but a lack of maintenance. The walls all over the home are scuffed and dirty, as are the carpets. Fixtures are falling off walls or falling apart (toilet paper holders in bathroom and the front door lock as another).
