The home overall was beautfiul. The 2 master suites (one on the main level and one upper) was perfect, the upper had a balcony as well. The hammock was a great touch and was used several times throughout the stay. Area is very quiet.

I worked with the Vacasa home representative to address previous comments about the blinds... Liz did a wonderful job in working with the owner to at least get temporary blind up in the bedrooms and bathrooms. With real blinds this would have been a 5 star rating across the board!!! Great new place, but thanks to Liz for making it work..

The house was clean, well equipped and ideally located. The community pool was also clean and never crowded. Here are some many fun things to do in the area. It’s the perfect family vacation spot!

nice house, horrible amenities, poor upstairs air circulation. No window treatments meant no privacy or assistance with keeping sun/heat out. Kitchen very poorly equiped. Hard Mattresses, not enough seating in house for 12 people..

Please be aware! This house was beautiful but it has no window coverings of any kind on ANY of the windows. The large bedroom windows that you can see into from the pool, park, and dog park have no coverings. All of the bathrooms with windows that face the neighbors have no coverings. Besides being a security and privacy concern we had toddlers that couldn't sleep because of streetlights at night and sun in the morning. This made for a very, very uncomfortable stay. I highly recommend checking that this has been resolved before renting. Additionally, and probably partly because of the lack of window coverings, the AC wasn't working properly. At one point it was 86 degrees upstairs. Again, with children in the house these small inconveniences really amplify. This will be a wonderful rental once these issues are resolved.
