Absolutely no pets, smoking, vaping, events, parties, or large gatherings. Violation of these rules will result in an additional fee charged to the guest.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful corner townhouse. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Our favorite place to unwind was the screened porch with rocking chairs—perfect for enjoying the breeze and relaxing at any time of day. We also loved the clubhouse and spent some great moments playing pickleball at the community courts, which were a real highlight of our stay. The community is lovely and well maintained, with excellent amenities. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I would recommend the house. The owners were available when needed, house feels fairly new, was very clean and had everything we need. Close to Bethany Beach. I was there with my parents and we all fit perfectly.

The place where we stayed was well equipped, and basically brand new neighborhood. The location of the place was accessible to five of the main beaches in the Del. Mar. area. Ocean City, Fenwick, Bethany, Dewey, and Rehoboth. with Bethany being 12 minutes away from the beach. The screen porch was a very cozy additive for having coffee in the morning. We will recommend this place to friends and family so that they can enjoy a wonderful week at the beach.

The home was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with nice walking trails. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch, which offered the perfect setting to enjoy every meal, morning and evening. The location was ideal, with Bethany Beach and many golf courses nearby. We highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and clean. We especially appreciated the hardwood floors throughout and the screened-in porch. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was convenient, close to Bethany and other beaches, and convenience stores, and the community amenities were a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
