This property is well maintained and was very clean upon our arrival. Location is quiet, no noise from neighbors. Very close to water and the community pool. 2 HVAC zone system made it comfortable for our family with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Make sure to take in the sunset view from the rear balcony!

Perfect location, so much to do, enjoyed all the beaches and attractions. House was fantastic and welcoming. Cleaning a little less than to be desired. The biggest concern I have was the following…..property management call center and text group. Language barrier couldn't understand. Had an issue and had to ask for manager to get resolved. Trash removal from previous stay was well over a month old and stunk up the garage. Asked for it to be removed and they entered the house without notice which was asked for and said would occur. Went in bedrooms and left door previously closed open. Not sure why or what would have them enter. Young female adults could've been in the house. Texts were sent and asked for resolve of concern wasnt completed and all the said was sorry for the inconvenience please let us know if you have any more concerns. It wasn’t answered nor resolved. This is poor management need to rethink who you connect people with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sandy Cove! It's close to everything. We went into Dewey Beach for dinner, and it was a quick Uber ride away. There are also so many restaurants and other places to go near this rental property. The house was beautifully decorated and was perfect for our group. We would definitely stay here again!
