We stayed in this unit last year had an amazing time. It was clean and comfortable. This year, the unit is in bad need of attention to worn furnishings and carpet. I’m pretty sure the sheets were not changed. They were rumpled and disheveled when we pulled back the comforter. One of the beds had sand on the sheets. There was a chair with a cushion seat in my room that had a very large tear across the entire cushion. Bathroom floors did not look cleaned and had spots and hairs on them. The toaster oven was disgusting. The coffee maker was very dirty and could not be used until it was cleaned and even then the glass carafe was stained very bad. This unit has the potential to be amazing. The layout and view are fantastic. Just need cleaned up and items need replaced.

I stayed at this condo for a weekend with my boyfriend, daughter, sister, brother-in-law, and 2 nieces. Once we made it up the 3 flights of stairs to get inside, it was the perfect size to comfortably fit us all with separate bathrooms for every bedroom. The enclosed balcony was wonderful as it kept the bugs out, but we were able to watch the deer in the field below and smell the ocean. There is a griddle that was perfect for burgers in the afternoon. I love that there were pool passes for us to go and enjoy for a few hours in the afternoon. Bethany beach was about a 10 minute drive (depending on what time you go) & super easy to get to (go to the main road make a left and continue until you reach the beach). Rehoboth beach was about 40 minutes away. There are 2 grocery stores about 5 minutes away which was convenient. Overall this place was great and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be returning.

What you need to know: THIRD floor not 2nd Bedrooms: • 2 twins form the King bed. They can be separated. • The 2 Doubles are IKEA platform beds with VERY firm IKEA foam mattresses that end up feeling like a covered bench at a museum. We had to purchase FOAM TOPPERS to make them usable. • One of the Queen rooms is the same. So really only two bedrooms have comfortable sleeping accommodations. Kitchen: • No food saving containers, no cling wrap zip locks or foil, no spices of any kind, no whisk, no mixing bowls, no medium saucepan with lid, no mixer. • Flatware is super pointed and feels like weaponry (Careful how you load it into DW) • No light over stove General: • No beach/pool towels • No iron (stated) • No streaming without a personal account to login. (No cable - stated) • Very basic economy bath towels. • Hot water tank insufficient, use wisely. • No games or books. • All our remotes needed batteries, and the lightbulbs needed to be checked. The best furniture pieces in the condo are the dining table - big and useful for games and crab picking but there are no crab cracking tools or games - and the comfy couch. The BEST FEATURE of the entire place is its amazing and unequivocally striking view. I don't think another unit in this place has a better view or better natural lighting. Waking up at 6:30 was a joy. Almost every bedroom has a spectacular view of the Indian River Bridge, salt marsh, and the bay.

The unit was clean and furniture and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch, enjoying the views and constant breeze. The pool for the complex was really nice and easy to get to by car. Be aware that two bedrooms/bathrooms can only be accessed via a spiral staircase. We were fine with it, but others may be challenged by the climb, particularly with luggage.
