Town of South Bethany - 106 Brandywine Drive

Our family (my husband, my 15 year old son, and I) stayed at 106 Brandywine Drive in Bethany Beach during hurricane season, fully aware we were taking a bit of a chance with the weather. We were lucky enough to get two beautiful beach days and even on the two rainy days we could not have asked for a better place to be. The bay is absolutely stunning, truly like something out of a painting. We spent time sitting under the dock, watching the water, and simply enjoying the peace it offered. Inside, we were perfectly entertained with the huge selection of games available (I even managed to win a round of Sorry!). My son also had no problems with the WiFi, even hooking up his Xbox without a single issue. It turned out to be a wonderful time together as a family, whether we were out collecting shells, capturing memories on video, or just enjoying each other’s company. This home gave us exactly what we needed: relaxation, fun, and a beautiful backdrop for family memories. We would absolutely return

One of the rare occasions when pictures don't do a property justice. This stay exceeded all expectations and I didn't hear one complaint from anyone. It is easily within walking distance of the beach (top priority) and provides more than all the necessary amenities to relax and not worry about missing something you need. It was clean, nicely decorated, and we took full advantage of the extras including outdoor grill, downstairs/outdoor shower, and provided beach chairs/umbrella.

We’ve rented in the area the last few years and this was our favorite house so far. The house is extremely clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and eat in when we wanted to. We traveled with a 2 and 4 year old and they had plenty of space to play with some toys from home, relax on the deck and patio spaces safely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very clean and beds were comfortable. One of my favorite parts of this house was the under the deck storage for all of our beach gear and the outdoor shower. It was such a huge help to use the outdoor shower to remove all of the sand before heading inside. It really helped to keep sand out of the house and keep things clean. We would absolutely recommend this house to others and we would stay again when we visit the area next year.

Beautiful house! Everything is brand new and well designed. It's the perfect layout for 2 families with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 on the first. The walk to the beach was easier than we expected and the provided beach cart and chairs were great. We enjoyed the back deck and the amazing outdoor shower! Would highly recommend!

Myself and my friends had such an amazing stay at this beach house! It’s in a perfect location—just a short five-minute walk to the beach and so close to everything Bethany Beach has to offer. We loved being able to ride bikes to the boardwalk, spend the day kayaking, and explore all the great local shops and restaurants nearby. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and really well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled 3 day stay. The layout was great for spending time together, and we appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

We had a wonder stay in Bethany Beach for Memorial Day weekend. The home had all the comforts we needed. Fully equipped kitchen , comfortable beds , TV’s. Everything brand new! We had morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the deck. We rented bicycles and kayaks nearby. The lower section of the dock made getting in and out of the kayaks so much easier. It was a short bike ride to the Bethany beach boardwalk with all the shops, restaurants and live music. The beach was a short walk, less than 3 minutes. We made good use of the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Definitely will be coming back for a longer stay next season.
