We had a wonderful time during our stay at Kings Grant! The unit was excellent and was spotless when we checked in. The views from the upper rooms were awesome in the mornings! The rooms in the unit are very well sized, we had the maximum of 8 people staying there and never felt cramped. The kitchen is well=apportioned and was stocked with plenty of silverware, dishware, glasses, etc. The refrigerator is nicely sized and held all of the drinks and such that we brought in. The hot water system kept up with 8 showers and all other usages, which was a big plus! The furnishings are excellent and are all new and well maintained. The bathrooms and showers are well-sized and it is a big plus having the washer and dryer in the home as well. Other than a couple of minor maintenance issues that were addressed quickly, we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent the unit again!
