To enter the Clubhouse and outdoor pool area, you will need to scan a blue access card provided by the owner. Everyone age 6 and older must wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities, including the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, outdoor pool, game rooms, sauna and steam rooms, and sports courts. Renter wristbands can be purchased at the Management Office located in the Clubhouse via credit card for $45 per person per week from 9 am to 5 pm daily. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
