This place was in a beautiful Complex. Pool was very nice. Neighbors friendly. Dues to holidya weekend traffic the beach is a bit far but atill doable. Great views feom wvwry room.

Very accessible location to both Rehobeth and Ocean City. Unit was nice, but lacked a few amenities such as a coffee maker. Pool at the facility was also very nice.

we love this community and stay here every year. this home has ample space for a party of 9 but the spiral staircase is narrow and unwieldy to get up and down. (elderly/mobility issues/children) the home was without some necessities for a beach rental like a broom and places to store things for a lengthier stay (kitchen, pantry, etc) however, the home was clean with ample space

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse near Bethany Bay. The grounds were beautifully maintained and gave off an idyllic, peaceful vibe. The home itself was spacious, spotless, and well laid out for a large group—each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was a huge plus. We really appreciated the family-friendly amenities, including the pool, hot tub, toddler splash pool, golf, basketball, and volleyball. The home was also stocked with helpful basics like a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a small starter kit with dish & dishwasher soap, and more. There were a few things that could make the stay even better: a later checkout option would be appreciated, especially for families; the trash bags provided were flimsy and ripped easily—thicker bags would be helpful; adding a high chair and blackout curtains (especially for sunrise-facing rooms) would go a long way for families with kids. Clearer instructions on where to find beach chairs and umbrellas would be helpful—we couldn’t locate them. Also, the hot water ran out quickly if more than a couple people showered back-to-back. One unfortunate note: as we were leaving, the cleaning staff arrived and was noticeably unfriendly despite our warm greeting. It was a small moment, but it stood out compared to the otherwise friendly community vibe. Overall, this was a lovely place to stay. The location was peaceful with great amenities, and the beach was about a 16-minute drive away. We’d definitely consider returning—with a few small updates, this place would be excellent.

Loved the layout and balcony. Also the tennis courts were a plus for our family. Very tastefully decorated!

The place is very nice and is close enough to everything for a beach trip. It’s also far enough off the beaten path to feel relaxing. No TVs in bedrooms is a minor issue but plenty to spend time on when the weather is nice. Pool at the community was very nice, a bit busy but to be expected during the summer. Basketball, pickleball, golf, hiking, kayaking all right there as well! We only made it an extended weekend but highly recommend this place for larger groups!
