The rental was fully stocked with items such as grilling tools box, first aid kit, toiletries, 3 pools in the community, yet somehow the washing machine was broken and was not repaired during our stay. I was unable to clean my children’s clothes and essentials during our stay.
We had a lovely stay at this Millville by the Sea home! The house was clean with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, beach toys, a pack and play, and baby gate. Plus, the kitchen had everything needed to cook, including some spices, coffee, and tea. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and the community pools, gym, and pickleball courts were an amazing amenity! We enjoyed several of the local state park beaches, as well as Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and OCMD! Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely stay again.
Perfect comfortable house for a family with children and a dog. House is large, beds comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of toys for the beach, a high chair and a folding crib, also beach chairs and umbrella. The shuttle bus to Bethany beach is very convenient. The swimming pool is awesome for children and the lap pool is a few streets away. Very large patio with grill and table and the opened backyard is ideal to walk the dog. I will go back for sure next summer.
We loved our stay at 35015 Sunfish Lane! The house was brand new and very clean with a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds. They had games for the kids and even a high chair and pack and play for a baby, We enjoyed sitting out back on the deck, observing the birds and other wildlife. The neighborhood has pools, pickleball and many walking paths. Last summer we enjoyed the activity pool and the shuttle to Bethany Beach. We loved our stay and definitely will be back again soon!
Very nice home and resort-style community. Multiple community pools and the amenities were great. House was clean and well stocked. They even had dog treats and poop bags for our dog. Comfortable mattresses (thankful they were not memory foam). Spacious closets and nice bathrooms. The deck and backyard were nice. There were beach chairs and a beach umbrella which were appreciated because we forgot ours. The beach is a bit of a drive because Bethany beach was packed so we drove a little south to Fenwick to avoid the crowds. My only complaint is there were not enough towels, hand towels and washcloths provided for a house with an 8 person occupancy. We contacted Vacasa and were told they would bring the additional items that were missing; however, they never followed through. Thankfully they had a nice washer and dryer with laundry supplies so we were able to do a few loads of towels to make it through the week. One thing to consider when choosing this place is that the “Loft” with 2 single beds is more like a wide hallway with a daybed and trundle. Personally, I would not call it a loft area. The kids did not want to sleep there, so they shared a bedroom. So keep that in mind when planning out the sleeping arrangements. Overall it was a great trip. We would consider staying again.
