Inside, the open layout is surrounded by vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes, and comfortable furnishings. Sit back and enjoy streaming your favorite TV shows here, or head up to the loft where the kids can play their favorite games. When hunger arises, all of your culinary creations can be whipped up amidst updated appliances, gleaming countertops, and a wine fridge.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
The outdoor shower is not available during the off-season which runs approximately from October through March/April.
• To access the loft, guests must climb a ladder, and is not 'senior' friendly. The loft has a sloped ceiling so anyone over 5' needs to be very careful of the overhead beams.
