Situated in Millville's Sand Dollar Village community, on-site features include an outdoor pool (seasonal), exercise cabana, and a lakeside park with a playground and picnic areas. A network of walking paths connects you to other Millville community amenities, including tennis courts and lakefront recreation facilities.

The porch makes a perfect spot for morning coffee and or afternoon cocktails and the kids and family dogs alike will love stretching out in the spacious, grassy yard. The main-floor living area features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and smart TV for cozy family movie nights and the upper living area includes a second smart TV, books, and board games for added entertainment options. Satisfy hungry appetites with stress-free meal prep in the well-equipped full kitchen and enjoy meals together at the dining table set for six. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

We decided to stay in this pet-friendly rental (it was the best option the week we vacationed and we didn’t bring any pets with us). The layout of the unit was great. We loved the three season porch and that all of the area we were going to use within the house was located on the first floor. They have an upstairs but the ac didn’t work up there so thankfully we didn’t need that space. The unit is older so there’s a lot of wear to the appliances, kitchen essentials like utensils and furniture. However, upon arrival, the entire house smelled like dog urine and had a strong odor. We have been life long dog owners and never smelled such a strong scent. Vacasa did supply us with an air purifier after we complained about the smell. Also, housekeeping did not vacuum or change the sheets or dusted. Another complaint to Vacasa that has yet to be rectified. Overall, the house served its purpose as we love staying in Millville by the Sea due to the amenities. Wouldn’t personally rent this specific house again because of the above issues we encountered. Otherwise, great for families and those with pets.

Queen sized beds were actually full. House is furniture is dated. The yard is very nice as some of these homes don’t have a fenced in yard.

Very pretty home. We enjoyed all the amenities this home offered. We loved the pools and the enclosed back yard for our pups.

We loved our stay. The house was stocked and we had plenty of space. Thank you for allowing us to bring our fur babies! They loved sunning in the screened in patio and running around in the yard. The neighborhood is adorable! Loved that we were away from beach traffic yet so close to Ocean City and Bethany!

The house is fantastic. Clean, updated, and cozy. The back yard is fenced in so kids can play care-free. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet with very little traffic. 100% will visit again.
