Enjoy quiet coastal living at this home nestled on the edge of the James Farm Ecological Preserve. Just a short drive from breweries, restaurants, renowned golf courses, and Bethany Beach, you'll feel like your world's away from everything in the private, fully fenced-in backyard. A large deck comes furnished for outdoor living and a grill is equipped for family barbecues. Beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes and helmets and assorted gear are provided for use during your stay. Inside, stream shows and movies on the smart TV or settle down for game nights in the living room. The full kitchen has all your mealtimes covered. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming is available with guests' personal credentials. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We had a great vacation staying at this rental. It was super close to walking paths.

This house exceeded our expectations! The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week! The backyard was the perfect size for our dog to get some exercise. We were able to quickly access the James Farm Eclogical Preserve . Our dog and toddler played on the beach on the trail. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The deck has outdoor furniture, to include a hammock. The beds were comfortable. House has a nice layout. The basement is unfinished but has a bathroom with functional shower. There's also bicycles, helmets, beach toys, chairs, umbrella coolers and other beach supplies in the basement. We're planning on booking the house again in the future!

Plenty of room, really nice house a d nicely equipped for relaxation and recreation. Located in a quiet development close to shops, restaurants, supermarket. Few minor housekeeping issues but we had a wonderful stay.

I don't often write reviews on vacation rentals, but then again, I don't get out much either. However, this was the best little house for a beach vacation! It was clean and neat, not overly furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the things one would need to prepare a meal and wonderful to cook in. (Great lighting under the counters, by the way.) The neighborhood was quiet and out of the way, which we enjoyed. The backyard and deck were great to sit out at night and the complete absence of mosquitoes was a particular surprise. The nature preserve behind the house, provided lots of lovely birds, turtles, and bunnies, which we also enjoyed. It was a wonderful stay for our family and we would absolutely return to this house again.

This home is very spacious and offers large bedrooms. The bathrooms are functional, but nothing special. The main floor restroom shower is difficult to use as it is very small. There is only 1 bedroom with a working TV. There are lots of stairs to navigate, especially the stairs to enter and exit the home from the main level. Other than that, the kitchen is fantastic, the beach equipment stored in the home is great, the neighborhood is very quiet, lots of space to stretch out and the home is less than 10 minutes from the beach.
