Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Renter wristbands can be purchased at the Management Office located in the Clubhouse via credit card for $45 per person per week from 9 am to 5 pm daily. To enter the Clubhouse and outdoor pool area, you will need to scan a blue access card (will be provided by owner). Everyone age 6 and older must wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible. Clubhouse hours: 5am-10pm. Outdoor pool hours: 9am-9pm. It may be closed occasionally for private events. Ocean View Beach Club offers a seasonal shuttle bus that runs on Saturdays and Sundays only, but also on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Please check with the clubhouse for schedule. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). There is no cable. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
